Fred Bean, CLU and Bob Hamilton, CLU, CLTC, have both worked in the insurance and employee benefits arena since 1973. Fred and Bob have been invited to speak at meetings of The Arkansas Bankers Association, the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Arkansas Medical Society and numerous state and national insurance organizations.

Fred Bean, CLU

Fred Bean graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a BBA degree. He entered the insurance industry in February of 1974. Among the positions he has held and honors received are:
- He has previously served on the national board of LIFE and the Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education in Washington D.C.
- He is the Past National President of the Association of Health Insurance Advisors in Washington D.C.
- Former Member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Board of Trustees, known as NAIFA in Washington D.C.
- Past president of Arkansas State Association of Life Underwriters, now NAIFA-Arkansas
- Named the Outstanding Insurance Agent in Arkansas by his peers in 1995
- Served as NAIFA-Arkansas’ liaison to Arkansas Department of Insurance, on several advisory committees regarding both the revision of current insurance regulations and development of new industry regulation.
Fred is not only known as a leader in the insurance industry in Arkansas but across the nation as well. He has spoken on various industry topics at almost thirty state meetings from coast-to-coast as well at several national conferences during the last few years.
Active in his community, he is a past President of the Riverside Rotary Club, a Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary International Foundation and the recipient of the Silver Beaver Award from the Boy Scouts of America.
He and his wife Glenda reside in Little Rock and are the proud parents of two children, Robert and Jennifer.

Bob Hamilton, CLU, CLTC

Bob Hamilton earned his MBA at The University of Arkansas. A recipient of numerous industry awards, Bob currently serves as a Special Advisor to the Arkansas Insurance Department. A member of the QualChoice Broker Advisory Counsel, he has also been a member of the National Broker Advisory counsel of Standard Insurance Company and United Healthcare. Bob is one of only twenty-eight advisors in Arkansas to hold the CLTC designation.
Bob resides in Little Rock and has one daughter, Tucker.

Jamie handles client service for our office. She has spent 5 ½ years with our firm and enjoys helping our clients with the administration of their employee benefits as well as solving any problems our clients encounter. Jamie resides in Conway with her son, Will.

Terri Gjestvang

Terri Gjestvang joined Bean Hamilton Corporate Benefits in April, 2009 as Office Manager. Terri worked as Production Director for The Marketing Advantage in Little Rock for 22 years. Terri also recently obtained her Arkansas State Insurance license in Life & Health. Terri resides in Mabelvale with her two children, Tiffani & Chris.

Mary Jo Cook holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She owns Small Business Accounting Services and acts as CFO for Bean Hamilton Corporate Benefits.

Casey Dwyer

Casey Dwyer graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance/Investments. He joined the insurance industry in 2006 and worked for QualChoice of Arkansas for three years. He joined Bean Hamilton in June of 2010 and is a member of the Arkansas Association of Health Underwriters.
Casey resides in Little Rock and graduated from Catholic High in 2002.
