Carolyn B. Witherspoon, a partner of Cross, Gunter, Witherspoon, & Galchus, P.C., has been practicing in Arkansas since 1978. Ms. Witherspoon primarily represents public and private employers in defending employment related matters, including Title VII litigation, and does extensive training in the employment area for employers.

Issues to be addressed include burden on the employer, prohibited conduct, due process, employee responsibilities and the importance of documentation.
