Carolyn B. Witherspoon, a partner of Cross, Gunter, Witherspoon, & Galchus, P.C., has been practicing in Arkansas since 1978. Ms. Witherspoon primarily represents public and private employers in defending employment related matters, including Title VII litigation, and does extensive training in the employment area for employers.

She is the past President of the Arkansas Bar Association and a Member of the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association. She has twice been named Top Labor Defense Lawyer in Arkansas.

Mr. Eberly received his Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from Ashland University, Ashland, Ohio. During his distinguished career, he has held a number of positions in the Human Resource Departments of various companies. Perhaps most notable to Arkansans, he was Vice President, Human Resources & Communications for ALLTEL Information Services in Little Rock. Moving to Jacksonville, Florida, he established and continues to operate Eberly & Associates, a Management and Human Resource consulting firm with clients across the United States. He is well known as an expert in Human Resource Departmental compliance issues.

Kevin Brown, President of the Employee Benefits Division of Frost Insurance in Austin, Texas, is a 23 year veteran of the insurance industry. He has specialized in the employee benefits marketplace for the majority of that time. He has spent a great deal of his career working with self-funded plans, including sales, implementation, service, contract development, underwriting, network analysis, and stop loss policy contract reviews. Mr. Brown earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Missouri.
