Jay Hutchins 

Jay Hutchins is Vice President of National Broker Marketing for Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company, a 2.3 billion dollar leader in the industry. Hutchins joined Colonial Life in 2005 and has more than 25 years of insurance industry experience in employee benefit and sales management.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston College.

 

Denise Hoggard   

 

A partner in the firm of Chisenhall, Nestrud, and Julian, P.A., Denise Hoggard has been engaged in litigation since 1984 and focuses her practice on litigation of employment related matters as well as civil rights. In her employment law practice, she assists in establishing proper policies, implementation of best practices, training personnel, and in making sound employment decisions.

 

Cal McCastlain   

Cal McCastlain is a partner with the law firm of Dover Dixon Horne, PLLC in Little Rock.  He received his law degree from UALR School of Law and a Master’s in Tax Law from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.  His practice is focused on corporate and tax planning, and he serves as general counsel for corporate clients.

 

Robert Wiedower   

Robert has been the Co-owner and Vice President of Grace Communications Inc. for 15 years. Since 2006, he has also been the company’s business manager. In 1982 Robert received his Associate Degree in Biomedical Electronic Engineering from The Arkansas College of Technology in Little Rock. He and his business partner have faced the problem of disabled employees.
